Quality Assurance Standards
At DTF Print Sydney, we maintain strict quality standards for all custom printing and embroidery services:

Order Process & Timeline
Standard Production Schedule:
- Quote provided within 24 hours
- Production time:2-5 business days

Order Requirements:
- Design files: PNG, SVG, EPS, or PDF format
- 50% deposit for orders over $500
- Final approval required before production

Bring Your Own Garment (BYOG) Terms & Conditions
While we welcome customers who wish to bring their own garments for embroidery or printing, please note the following important terms:
Material Compatibility & Risk
- Customer assumes full responsibility for any damage that may occur to customer-supplied garments during the embroidery or printing process
- Non-standard materials (vintage fabrics, delicate materials, unusual blends, or heavily worn items) may not be suitable for embroidery or DTF printing
- Quality cannot be guaranteed on customer-supplied garments due to unknown fabric composition, age, or previous treatments
Pre-Production Assessment
- All customer-supplied garments will be inspected before production
- We reserve the right to decline orders on garments deemed unsuitable for embroidery or printing
- No refunds or compensation will be provided for garments damaged during production when material incompatibility is the cause
