Artwork Requirements

To ensure the highest quality DTF prints, your artwork must meet the following specifications:

File Formats PNG (Transparent), PDF, or Vector (AI/EPS) files are preferred.

Resolution Minimum 300 DPI at actual print size for crisp details.

Note: We do not take responsibility for pixelated prints resulting from low-resolution files provided by the customer.

Turnaround & Shipping

Standard production time is 2-4 business days. During peak periods, this may extend slightly.

Urgent Orders: Please contact us directly before placing an order if you have a strict deadline.

Standard Delivery Approx. 3-7 business days once shipped.

Express Delivery Approx. 1-3 business days once shipped.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Refunds & Replacements

Because all prints are custom-made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Defective Items: If there is a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos.
User Error: We are not responsible for transfers damaged during the heat press application process. Please follow our application instructions carefully.
Color Matching: While we use high-end ICC profiles, exact color matching to your screen is not guaranteed due to RGB vs. CMYK variances.

General Terms

By placing an order with DTF Print Sydney, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the artwork submitted. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing copyrighted material or offensive content.
